大学生“回嵌”乡土的困境与对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasure of College Students"Re-embedding"the Countryside

当前我国处在全面推进乡村振兴的新时期,实施乡村建设行动需要大学生“回嵌”乡土。然而,当前大学生“回嵌”乡土面临主客观双重困境:其中,客观困境主要是城市对乡村的“虹吸效应”导致大学生大多“弃农就城”,高等教育与乡土社会脱节导致大学生大多“学农不爱农”;主观困境是大学生个体在“回嵌”乡土问题上主要面临着“有心无力”“有力无心”两种实践张力。针对这些困境,文章提出三方面对策:政府层面,系统总结大学生服务于基层的有效经验,将推进乡村振兴与大学生成长结合起来;高校层面,要深入推进人才培养模式改革,扎根乡土培养知农爱农新型人才;个人层面,大学生要自觉响应国家号召,努力对标先进典型,积极主动担当作为。

At present,our country is in a new period of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,and the implementation of rural construction needs college students to"re-embedding"themselves in the countryside.At present,college students'"re-embedding"in the countryside faces subjective and objective dilemmas.Among them,the objective dilemma is mainly the"siphon effect"of the city on the rural,which causes the majority of college students to"abandon the rural for the city",the disconnection between higher education and the local society leads to the college students mostly"learning agriculture but not loving it".The subjective dilemma is the practical tension that the majority of college students are mainly either"powerless"or"unintentional"in the issue of re-embedding themselves in the countryside.In view of these dilemmas,the author puts forward three countermeasures:at the government level,systematically summarizing the effective experience of college students serving at the grass roots,combining the promotion of rural revitalization with the growth of college students;at the university level,promoting the reform of talent training mode,and cultivating the new talents of knowing agriculture and loving countryside;at the individual level,consciously responding to the call of the country,striving to follow advanced models,and actively getting involved on the part of college students.
