多囊卵巢综合征者脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白-4、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1表达及与性激素、脂代谢关系 被引量:7

Correlation between the levels of fatty acid binding protein 4 and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 of women with polycystic ovary syndrome and their sex hormone level and lipid metabolism

摘要 目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白-4(FABP4)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的表达及与性激素、脂代谢的相关性。方法:收集2020年1月-2021年5月本院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者119例(病例组),健康体检正常女性107例为对照组。对比两组FABP4、MCP-1水平、性激素指标水平[黄体生成素(LH)/卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))、泌乳素(PRL)、脂代谢指标水平)总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);分析多囊卵巢综合征患者FABP4、MCP-1与性激素、脂代谢的相关性。结果:病例组FABP4(23.67±5.74 ng/ml)、MCP-1(107.46±18.35 ng/L)均高于对照组(8.52±2.31 ng/ml、59.72±10.57 ng/L),LH/FSH、T水平高于对照组(均P<0.05),两组E_(2)、PRL水平无差异(P>0.05);病例组血清TG水平高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组(均P<0.05),两组TC、LDL-C水平无差异(P>0.05)。Spearman相关分析,FABP4、MCP-1与多囊卵巢综合征患者LH/FSH、T、TG均呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者血清FABP4、MCP-1异常升高,且与患者性激素、脂代谢指标水平有关,提示临床可能用于反映患者性激素、脂代谢水平变化。 Objective: To study the correlation between the levels of fatty acid binding protein 4(FABP4) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) of women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and their sex hormone level and their lipid metabolism. Methods: 119 women with PCOS were selected in study group and 107 healthy women underwent health examination were selected in control group from Jan 2020 to May 2021. The levels of FABP4 and MCP-1, the levels of sex hormones, such as luteinizing Hormone(LH)/Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH), testosterone(T), estradiol(E_(2)), and prolactin(PRL), and the levels of the lipid metabolism indexes, such as total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), of the women were compared between the two groups. The correlations between the levels of FABP4 and MCP-1 of the women with PCOS and their sex hormone level and their lipid metabolism were analyzed. Results: The levels of FABP4(23.67±5.74 ng/ml) and MCP-1(107.46±18.35 ng/L) of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those(8.52±2.31 ng/ml and 59.72±10.57 ng/L) of the women in the control group, and the LH/FSH value and the T level of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those of the women in the control group(all P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the E_(2) and PRL levels of the women between the two groups(P>0.05). The serum TG level of the women in the study group was significantly higher than that of the women in the control group, and the HDL-C level of the women in the study group was significantly lower than that of the women in the control group(all P<0.05), but there were no significant differences in the TC and LDL-C levels of the women between the two groups(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the levels of FABP4and McP-1of the women were positively correlated with their LH/FSH value and their T and TG levels,while were negatively correlated with their HDL-C level(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of serum FABP4and McP-1of the pregnant women with PCOS increase abnormally,which are related to the levels of their sex hormone and lipid metabolism indexes,and can be used to reflect the changes of their sex hormone and lipid metabolism indexes levels.
