地方高校马克思主义学院建设的几个着力点

Several Focal Points in the Construction of Marxism Schools in Local Universities

从教学效果、学科定位、教师队伍建设、服务社会和人才培养5个维度,分析了当前地方高校马克思主义学院建设中存在的主要问题。指出了新时代地方高校马克思主义学院建设要着力从提升思想政治理论课教师整体教学能力、强化学术成果的马克思主义学科属性、建立完善的思想政治理论课师资培养机制、把服务社会纳入思想政治理论课教师的考评体系和健全人才培养机制入手,靶向发力,扎实推进马克思主义学院发展。

From five dimensions of teaching effect,subject orientation,teachers′team construction,social service and talent training,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of Marxism schools in local colleges and universities.The proposed Marxist school construction of new age in local colleges should focus on enhancing ideological and political theory course teachers′teaching ability and concise direction,strengthen“Marxism Theory Subject”attribute in academic achievements,establish and improve the teachers′training mechanism of ideological and political theory course,integrate the service society into the ideological and political theory course teachers′evaluation system and improve the personnel training mechanism to solidly promote the connotative development of Marxism schools in targeted force.
