Exploration and application of rapid excavationtechnology in rock roadway

为了提高岩巷掘进效率,邢东矿与石家庄煤机厂合作研发了一种集凿岩、支护、装运于一体的高效综合掘进设备—煤矿用钻装锚机组(简称“钻装锚机组”)进行岩巷进尺,实现了岩巷掘进破岩、装运等工序的机械化作业,对比原施工方式,既提高了施工速度,也提高了施工的安全性。结果表明,钻装锚机组在岩巷掘进施工中提高了施工效率,降低了职工劳动强度,可以大范围的推广。

In order to improve the efficiency of rock roadway excavation,Xingdong Coal Mine and Shijiazhuang Coal Machinery Factory developed an efficient comprehensive excavation equipment called drilling and loading anchor unit for coal mine(hereinafter referred to as'drilling and loading anchor unit').This equipment integrated rock drilling,support and loading,and was used to excavate rock roadway,and realized the mechanized operation of rock breaking and loading in rock roadway excavation.Compared with the original construction method,it not only improved the construction speed,but also improved the safety of construction.The results showed that the drilling and loading anchor unit improved the construction efficiency and reduced the labor intensity of workers in the rock roadway excavation construction,which could be widely promoted.
