全腔镜甲状腺癌根治术与传统开放手术的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of totally laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional open surgery for thyroid cancer

目的:对比全腔镜甲状腺癌根治术与传统开放手术的临床效果。方法:选择2019年6月至2020年6月收治的70例甲状腺癌患者,按手术方式将患者分为对照组(n=35,行传统开放手术)与观察组(n=35例,行腔镜甲状腺癌根治术),对比分析两组手术疗效。结果:观察组术后48 h C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),出血量、术后引流量、术后拔管时间及术后住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率(8.57%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后美容效果满意度(83.87%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全腔镜甲状腺癌根治术治疗甲状腺癌的效果优于传统开放手术。

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of totally laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional open surgery for thyroid cancer.Methods:Seventy patients with thyroid cancer who were treated from Jun.2019 to Jun.2020 were selected in this study.According to different surgical methods,the patients were divided into control group(n=35,traditional open surgery)and observation group(n=35,totally laparoscopic radical surgery),the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:Observation group had lower concentration of C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 at 48 h after operation than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative extubation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complication in the observation group(8.57%)was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of postoperative cosmetic effect in the observation group(83.87%)was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Totally laparoscopic radical surgery is better than traditional open surgery for treating thyroid cancer.
