25 MW超大功率液力变矩器结构特点及大修工艺

摘要 文章介绍了某25MW超大功率液力变矩器的结构设计特点,重点对其中的转子、联轴器、轴承、可转导叶系统和缸体等关键部件的结构特点进行了分析。并对液力变矩器的大修工艺进行了总结,给出了大修过程关键检查内容。此次大修结果表明该液力变矩器关键部件完好,并在复装后顺利重新投运。 In this paper,the structure design characteristics of some 25 MW hydrodynamic torque converter are introduced,and the structural characteristics of the key components,such as rotors,couplings,bearings,variable guide vane system and casings are analyzed.the overhaul technology of the hydraulic torque converter is summarized,and the key inspection contents of the overhaul process are given.The overhaul results show that the key components of the torque converter are in good condition and working successfully after overhauling.
