高温镍基合金薄壁筒体电子束焊接工艺研究

摘要 为研究高温镍基合金的电子束焊接工艺性,采用真空电子束设备对2 mm haynes 230钢板进行焊接性试验,分析试板焊缝力学性能及显微组织;通过对筒体进行电子束焊接工艺试验,开发适用于高温镍基合金薄壁件电子束焊缝的关键焊接工艺技术。 In order to research the weldability of electron beam welding for high temperature nickel base alloy,the weldability test of 2 mm Haynes 230 steel plate was carried out by vacuum electron beam welding,and the mechanical properties and microstructure of the test plate weld were analyzed.Through the electron beam welding technology test of the cylinder,the key welding technology suitable for the electron beam welding of thin-walled high temperature nickel base alloy was developed.
