某300 MW机组启动过程偏心异常增大原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 为加强对主油泵小轴振动监视,某厂在检修中对汽轮机偏心测量系统进行改造,600 r/min以上时显示小轴振动信号,在机组检修后启动过程中出现了偏心异常增大故障。通过针对性分析,明确诊断出故障为主油泵油挡及密封环发生碰摩所致。翻前箱检查处理后,再次启动完全消除了这一故障。研究成果对该类型故障具有典型的参考意义。 In order to strengthen the shaft vibration monitoring of the main oil pump,the measurement system of turbine eccentricity was reformed in a plant,the small shaft vibration signal was displayed when the speed was above 600 r/min,the abnormal increase of turbine eccentricity occurred during the start-up process after maintenance.By analyzing,it was confirmed that the turbine eccentricity was caused by oil blocking and sealed ring of the main oil pump.The eccentricity trouble was completely disappeared after checking and dealing.The result could provide typical reference for power plants to deal with this type of fault.
