摘要
某炼油厂焦化装置富气压缩机组汽轮机在运行过程中,由于汽轮机进水造成汽轮机机体剧烈高频振动损坏。为保障生产尽快恢复,组织人员对损坏汽轮机进行抢修,检修完成后汽轮机运行过程中存在高压端轴承振动大的隐患,通过状态监测手段对汽轮机振动进行分析,指导汽轮机消除异常振动,并制定相应对策措施进行处理,取得了较好的效果。
During the operation of the steam turbine of the rich gas compressor unit in a coking unit of a refinery,the steam turbine body was damaged by severe high frequency vibration due to water inflow.In order to ensure the recovery of production as soon as possible,personnel were organized to repair the damaged steam turbine.After the maintenance,the hidden danger of high-pressure end bearing vibration existed in the operation process of the steam turbine.Through the state monitoring method,the vibration of the steam turbine was analyzed to guide the turbine to eliminate the abnormal vibration,and the corresponding countermeasures were formulated for treatment,which achieved good results.
