静态顶空/气相色谱-质谱联用法测定葡萄蒸馏酒中的高级醇 被引量:3

摘要 通过建立静态顶空气相色谱-质谱法(SH/GC-MS)确定了葡萄蒸馏酒中高级醇的测定方法。对平衡温度、平衡时间和盐效应等因素进行了优化,并对方法检出限、加标回收率和相对标准偏差进行了测定。结果表明:在最优条件下,5种高级醇的检出限为0.25~1.27 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为80.0%~87.0%,相对标准偏差(n=3)小于10%。本方法具有简单、快速和准确度高等优点,适用于葡萄蒸馏酒中高级醇的测定。 A method was developed for the determination of higher alcohol in distilled wine using static headspace(SH)/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The parameters such as equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time and salt effect were optimized,and the detection limit(LOD),recovery,and relative standard deviation(RSD)were measured.Under the optimized conditions,the detection limits obtained for five higher alcohols were 0.25-1.27 mg·L^(-1),the recoveries of five higher alcohols were in the range of 80.0%to 87.0%,the relative standard deviations(n=3)was less than 10%.This method was simple,fast and good accuracy,and it was suitable for the determination of five higher alcohols content in distilled wine.
