摘要
葡萄微生物细菌是影响葡萄健康生长的重要因素。自然状态下,葡萄微生态系统的菌群结构直接影响葡萄枝条的营养生长和生殖生长。葡萄微生物细菌不仅可以促进葡萄在生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的防御能力,还可以提高葡萄的产量和果实品质。葡萄微生物的种类多样性以及作用机制的多样性预示着其在农业上起着重要作用。本文阐述了葡萄微生物菌群结构的影响因素,总结了促生细菌在生物胁迫以及非生物胁迫中的作用机制,以期为利用微生物提升葡萄的果实品质以及绿色栽培提供参考。
Microorganisms are important factors affecting the physiological growth of grape.Under natural conditions,the species composition of grape microecosystem directly affect the health of grapevine and fruit quality.Grape microorganisms play a vital role not only in compensation of biotic or nonbiotic stress,but also in productivity and quality of grapevines.Additional to the biodiversity of grape microorganisms,the complicated mechanism of bacteria also play a key role in promoting plants growth and yield.In this paper,the influencing factors of grape microbial community structure were described,and the mechanism of growth-promoting bacteria in biological stress and abiotic stress was summarized,thereby provide reference for grape quality improvement and green technology in viticulture by using microorganisms.
