摘要
为加强电网小型基建项目的安全管理,强化“集约化管控”理念,通过设立后勤项目管理中心,实施“风险分级”策略,建立完善的安全管控体系,同时基于“互联网+”构建市县公司高度融合,河北省电力公司实时监管的全过程安全管控模式,全面提升了项目规范化管理水平,确保了电网小型基建项目安全管理风险预分析、过程全管控、责任可追溯。
In order to strengthen the safety management of small-scale grid infrastructure projects,strengthening the concept of"intensive management and control",the logistics project management center was set up,the"risk classification"strategy was implemented,and a perfect safety management and control system was established.At the same time,a full process safety management and control mode with high integration of city and county companies and real-time supervision of provincial companies was built based on"Internet+",which comprehensively improves the standardized management level of projects,ensures the pre-analysis of safety management risks,the whole process control and the traceability of responsibilities for small-scale infrastructure projects of power grid.
