摘要
针对某600 MW机组高压联合汽门内壁出现裂纹的问题,通过“机械打磨消缺+同材质焊接+局部焊后热处理”的方法,对其进行了现场焊接修复,既消除了设备的安全风险,又避免了更换新设备,可为大厚壁铸钢件超标缺陷的处理提供借鉴。
In allusion to the problem of cracks in the inner wall of a high-pressure combined valve of a 600 MW unit,the on-site welding repairs are performed based on the method of"mechanical grinding to eliminate defects+welding of the same material+partial post-weld heating treatment",which not only eliminates the safety risks of the equipment,but also avoids the replacement of new equipment,and offers available reference for the treatment of large thick-walled steel castings exceeding the standard defects.
