摘要
某大型铜钼矿石中钼矿物只有辉钼矿,铜矿物主要为黄铜矿和自然铜。在分析矿石性质的基础上采用钼异步浮选-钼铜混合浮选(1粗1精2扫)闭路流程进行了钼铜粗选段浮选试验,结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm质量分数占60.65%、给矿矿浆质量分数为35%的条件下,以煤油作为钼的捕收剂,以Z-200作为铜的捕收剂,以2#油作为起泡剂,获得了钼、铜的合计品位分别为6.32%、1.47%,钼、铜的合计回收率分别为94.21%、80.54%的粗精矿(钼粗精矿+钼铜粗精矿)指标;与现场钼铜粗选段选别指标相比,钼、铜合计回收率分别提高了0.51个百分点和4.52个百分点。钼铜粗选为其精选提供了合格原料,也为进一步提高钼、铜精矿品位和钼、铜回收率奠定了基础。
The molybdenite was the unique molybdenum mineral existed in a large copper-molybdenum mine in which the copper minerals consisted mainly of chalcopyrite and natural copper.Based on analysis of the ore nature,the molybdenum-copper roughing flotation tests was carried out using differential flotation of molybdenum-bulk flotation of molybdenum and copper process with closed circuit composed of one rougher,one cleaner and two scavenger.The results show that when the flotation feed had a grinding fineness of 60.65%-0.074 mm and pulp density of 35%solids by weight,using kerosene as collector of molybdenum mineral and Z-200 as collector of copper mineral and 2#oil as the frother,the beneficiation performance of rough concentrate(molybdenum rough concentrate+molybdenum-copper rough concentrate)with total molybdenum grade of 6.32%Mo and total copper grade of 1.47%Cu could be achieved together with 94.21%total Mo recovery and 80.54%total Cu recovery.Compared with the molybdenum-copper roughing flotation unit in the operating plant,the recovery of molybdenum and copper was improved by 0.51%and 4.52%respectively.As a result,the higher quality product from molybdenum-copper roughing flotation was to be provided as acceptable feed to the cleaning flotation unit,which made it possible for further improving both grade and recovery of final molybdenum concentrate and copper concentrate.
