菊花杂交一代叶片形态数量性状分析

摘要 通过对295株我国菊花杂交一代植株叶片形态进行观察测量,结合多元统计分析方法进行叶片的数量性状分类研究。结果表明,引起菊花叶片形态多样性的因素中,裂片形态的影响大于叶片基本形态。从叶片基本形态和裂片形态2个维度,采用二级分类法进行分类,获得16种叶片形态类型和定量分类标准,观测样本实际覆盖其中的14种叶片类型。说明基于数量化分类的我国菊花杂交后代叶片的标准化分类体系,可以有效地对菊花叶片进行定义和分类,为菊花品种数据库的建立和新品种保护提供有效的数据信息。 By observing and measuring the leaf morphology of 295 plants of the first filial generation of traditional Chinese chrysanthemum,combined with the multivariate statistical analysis method,the number of leaves was studied by classification.The results showed that among the factors leading to the diversity of the morphology of chrysanthemum leaves the impact of the morphology of the lobe was bigger than that of the basic morphology of the leaf.In the dimensions of the basic morphology of the leaf and the morphology of the lobe,the classification was made with the 2-level classification method,16 types of morphology of leaf and quantitative classification standards were obtained,and 14 types of leaves actually covering the samples were observed.It shows that chrysanthemum leaves can be effectively defined and classified with the standardized classification system of leaves of the filial generation of traditional Chinese chrysanthemum based on quantitative classification and it provides effective data information for the establishment of the chrysanthemum variety database and the protection of new varieties.
