NaCl胁迫对黑杨派无性系苗期生理生化特性的影响

Effect of NaCl Stress on the Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Sect.Aigeiros Clones at Nursery Stage

摘要 对10个黑杨派无性系进行盆栽试验,研究其在不同程度NaCl胁迫下的生长、生理生化指标等方面的变化规律,对各无性系耐盐能力进行综合评价。结果表明:在NaCl胁迫下,各供试无性系的苗高增量、地径增量、生物量及叶绿素含量均随盐浓度的增加而降低;细胞膜透性、MDA含量随盐浓度的增加呈升高趋势;抗氧化酶(SOD、POD)活性先升高后降低;游离脯氨酸含量随盐浓度的增加逐渐升高。通过主成分分析得出10个黑杨派无性系的耐盐能力由强到弱依次是1733、1725、I-107、1641、1627、2025、1640、1723、1716、1722,其中无性系1733和1725表现出较高的耐盐能力,可以作为耐盐无性系进行田间试验研究。 10 Sect.Aigeiros clones were tested in pots to study their growth,physiological and biochemical indicators under different levels of NaCl stress,and to make a comprehensive evaluation of the salt tolerance ability of each clone.The results showed that under NaCl stress,the seedling height increment,ground diameter increment,biomass and chlorophyll content of each clone decreased with increasing salt concentration;cell membrane permeability and MDA content increased with increasing salt concentration;antioxidant enzymes(SOD and POD)activities increased and then decreased.free proline content increased gradually with increasing salt concentration.The salt tolerance of the ten clones was determined by principal component analysis,from 1733,1725,I-107,1641,1627,2025,1640,1723,1716,and 1722 in descending order.The clones 1733 and 1725 showed high salt tolerance and can be used as salt-tolerant experimental materials for field trial studies.
