摘要
在前期国内主要杨树栽培区优良品系选育的基础上,针对选育出的39个杨树优良品系,在山东泗水开展了苗期主要生长指标栽培试验。通过大田试验,对39个杨树品系进行了生长节律的调查。结果表明,不同品系在平均株高增长量、平均米径增长量、成苗率等方面均具不同程度的差异;Pearson相关性分析表明,米径与苗高呈极显著正相关,米径与成苗率呈极显著负相关;通过隶属函数法对39个杨树品系进行综合评价,筛选出适合在泗水苗期生长的杨树品系为耐盐碱2号、NL-895、I-109、咸宁7号、14、辽育3号、L35、I-107、中林46杨,为世界银行、欧洲投资银行等国际金融组织贷款山东造林项目筛选出具有优良适生的杨树品种和多品系造林提供理论技术支撑。
In this study,39 poplar varieties were selected and cultivated in SiShui,Shandong province on the basis of the selection and breeding of excellent poplar varieties in the early stage.A field experiment was conducted to investigate the growth rhythm of 39 poplar varieties.The results indicated that the increase of plant average height(AH),diameter at one-meter height(DOH)and survival rate(SR)were different among different varieties According to the Pearson correlation analysis,DOH was significantly positively correlated with seedling height,and significantly negatively correlated with SR.The results of a comprehensive evaluation of 39 poplar varieties by the membership function indicated that the most suitable poplar varieties in Sishui county are‘Salt tolerant’NO.2,NL-895,I-109,Xianning 7,14,Liaoyu 3,L35,I-107 and Zhonglin 46.Our study provided an important theoretical basis for the comprehensive evaluation and selection of the poplar during the seedling stage.
