山莓大果早熟新品种“恒东一号”的选育

“恒东一号”是从野生山莓实生苗中选育出的一个早熟大果型新品种。果实圆形,平均单果重4.5 g,硬度68 kg/cm^(2),可溶性固形物含量11.7%,总酸含量2.1%,维生素C含量44.9 mg/100g,鞣酸含量1.87 mg/100g,总黄酮含量92.1 mg/100g,花青素含量31.1 mg/100g,硒含量3.4 mg/100g,钙含量35 mg/100g。在临沂地区果实成熟期为5月1日和10月1日。该品种的选育填补了山东山莓品种实生选育的空白。

Hengdong-1 is a new variety of early ripening large fruit type selected from wild Rubus corchorifolius seedlings.The fruit is round,the average single fruit weight is 4.5 g,the hardness is 68 kg/cm^(2),the soluble solids content is 11.7%,the total acid content is 2.1%,the vitamin C content is 44.9 mg/100g,the tannic acid content is 1.87 mg/100g,the total flavonoid content is 92.1 mg/100g,the anthocyanin content is 31.1 mg/100g,the selenium content is 3.4 mg/100g,and the calcium content is 35 mg/100g.In the Linyi area,the fruit ripening period is May 1 and October 1.The breeding of this variety fills the gap in the actual breeding of Shandong Rubus corchorifolius varieties.
