摘要
为了提供更便携和人机交互性更友好的光学相干断层成像(Optical coherence tomography,OCT)控制系统,通过分析频域OCT系统在不同扫描方式下所需的控制时序,基于ARMv7-ME架构的芯片STM32F407ZGT6和嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅲ,提出了一种用于检测人眼的嵌入式的频域OCT成像控制系统设计方案。从硬件和软件方面,详细描述了嵌入式OCT成像控制系统的构成与运行的过程。最后通过使用嵌入式OCT成像控制系统产生的平面线扫描模式的控制波形,实现了高质量的人眼角膜的断层图像,验证了提出的设计方案的可行性。
In order to provide more portable and friendly human-machine interactivity control system for Optical coherence tomography(OCT),the control timing required by the frequency-domain OCT system in different scanning modes was analyzed.A design scheme of the embedded control system for human eye imaging was proposed.The control system is based on STM32F407ZGT6 chip of ARMv7-ME architecture and μC/OS-Ⅲ embedded operating system.The composition and the running process of embedded control system were described in detail in terms of hardware and software.By using the planar line scanning control waveform generated by the control system,a high-quality OCT image of human cornea was realized.The experimental result confirms the feasibility of the design scheme.
