摘要
针对电力营销稽查风险指数和预警时效难以控制的问题,提出了基于价值链理论的电力营销稽查风险管理模型设计。根据模糊评判流程设计,设置了风险管理指标影响因素集,构造了风险管理的隶属度矩阵,通过风险管理指标权重模糊集的建立,对电力营销稽查风险进行模糊评判,结合电力营销稽查风险管理模型,实现了电力营销稽查风险的管理。实验结果表明,将电力营销稽查风险指数控制到50%以内,风险预警时效均在0.2ms以下,在降低电力营销稽查风险指数的同时,还可以缩短风险预警时长,从而提高电力营销稽查风险管理模型的性能。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to control the risk index and early warning timeliness of power marketing inspection,this paper puts forward the design of power marketing inspection risk management model based on value chain theory.According to the fuzzy evaluation process design,the influencing factor set of risk management index is set,and the membership matrix of risk management is constructed.Through the establishment of risk management index weight fuzzy set,the power marketing inspection risk is fuzzy evaluated.Combined with the power marketing inspection risk management model,the management of power marketing inspection risk is realized.The experimental results show that controlling the power marketing inspection risk index to less than 50%and the risk early warning time limit is less than 0.2ms.While reducing the power marketing inspection risk index,it can also shorten the risk early warning time,so as to improve the performance of the power marketing inspection risk management model.
