3D打印技术联合CICARE沟通模式在腰椎手术中的应用

Application of 3D printing technology combined with CICARE communication mode in lumbar spine surgery

目的:探讨3D打印技术联合CICARE沟通模式的术前健康教育在腰椎手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取136例实施腰椎手术的患者按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者手术前后各项指标的差异。结果:术后随访发现,观察组健康知识总知晓率高于对照组,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组于临床总有效率、护理总满意度、手术费用等高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术联合CICARE沟通模式的术前健康教育,不仅能提高患者对相关健康知识的知晓率,降低焦虑水平,提高临床疗效,同时还有利于提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of preoperative health education of 3D printing technology combined with CICARE communication mode in patients with lumbar spine surgery.Methods:A total of 136 patients who underwent lumbar spine surgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,and the differences in various indicators before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative follow-up showed that the total awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the SDS and SAS scores in both groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate,total nursing satisfaction and operation cost in the group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing technology combined with CICARE communication mode preoperative health education can not only improve patients'awareness of relevant health knowledge,reduce anxiety,improve clinical efficacy,but also help improve nursing satisfaction.
