基于中医传承辅助系统分析《高憩云外科全书》下肢疮疡内治用药规律

Based on the Software of the Auxiliary System of TCM Inheritance,Analysis Oral Treatment Regularity of Lower Limb Ulcer in《Gaoqiyun surgical encyclopedia》

目的:通过中医传承辅助平台软件,分析《高憩云外科全书》在治疗下肢疮疡过程中明确有效的内治法的用药规律,为治疗下肢疮疡的临床药物使用提供理论依据。方法:整理《高憩云外科全书》中治疗下肢疮疡中明确有效的处方,采用中医传承辅助系统分析的方法,分析所选处方中药物使用频次及相互关联规律。结果:共筛选出处方95首,药物使用以甘草、牛膝、当归、桑枝、黄芪等为主,四气以温、平为主,五味以甘、苦为主,归经以肝经、脾经、肺经为主,挖掘出核心药物组合24个,潜在新方组合8个。结论:基于《高憩云外科全书》治疗下肢疮疡明确有效的药物进行规律分析,得到以甘草、牛膝、当归、桑枝、黄芪、党参、秦艽、泽泻、炒白术等为核心的药物配伍组合,其对下肢疮疡的治疗主要可能与辛温、辛苦、甘平、益气养血、清热解毒等药物作用来实现,基于复杂系统熵聚类的分析方式获得的8首潜在新处方分别针对阴虚证、脾虚水泛证、脾虚证、肝气郁滞证、热毒炽盛证、湿热下注证等,为临床中下肢疮疡内治法的选择提供理论依据。

Objective Through the software of the the auxiliary system of TCM inheritance,this paper analyzes oral treatment regularity which has Definiteness effective of lower limb ulcer in《Gaokaoyun surgical encyclopedia》,and provides the theoretical basis for the clinical use of drugs in treating lower limb ulcer.Methods The effective prescriptions in《Gaokaoyun surgical encyclopedia》for the treatment of lower limb ulcers were sorted out,and the frequency and correlation of the drugs in the prescriptions were analyzed by the method of inheritance-aided system analysis.Results A total of 95 prescriptions were selected.The main drugs used were liquorice,Bidentata achyranthes,Angelica,Ramulus Mori and Astragalus membranaceus.The SI-QI were mainly warm and flat,the WU-WEI were mainly sweet and bitter,and the Meridians was mainly liver,spleen and Lung Meridians.twenty-four core drug combinations and eight potential new square combinations were excavated.Conclusion Based on analysing the Regular pattern of treatment of lower limb ulcers clear and effective drugs in《Gaoqiyun surgical encyclopedia》,we got a combination of drugs consist of radix glycyrrhizae,Radix Achyranthis bidentatae,radix angelicae sinensis,radix angelicae sinensis,radix astragali,radix gentianae codonopsis,Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma Atractylodis,etc.as the core was obtained,the treatment of lower limb ulcers may be achieved through the effects of drugs such as Xin Wen,Xin Ku,Gan Ping,Yi Qi Yang Xue,Qing re Jie du,etc.based on the entropy cluster analysis of complex system,eight potential new prescriptions were obtained for Yin-deficiency Syndrome,spleen-deficiency Syndrome,spleen-deficiency syndrome,liver-qi stagnation syndrome,excessive heat and toxin syndrome,damp-heat injection syndrome,etc.it provides the theoretical basis for the choice of internal treatment of lower limb ulcer in clinic.
