黔产玄参的“发汗”方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:优选黔产玄参的最佳“发汗”方法。方法:采用不同“发汗”加工方法制备待测样品,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定哈巴苷、哈巴俄苷、肉桂酸含量,综合评分法优选最佳“发汗”方法。结果:6种发汗方法玄参样品中哈巴苷含量在0.98%~1.21%之间,哈巴俄苷含量在0.93%~1.73%之间,肉桂酸含量在0.73%~0.97%之间,三种成分综合评分均以烘至半干后“发汗”制品较晒至半干后“发汗”制品高。综合评分最高的发汗制品为“蒸后发汗”烘干品,具体“发汗”方法为将洗净后的新鲜玄参于笼屉内隔水蒸30 min(按“圆气”后计)后,60℃烘至半干,于阴凉通风处堆放3 d,60℃烘30 min后再堆放,反复发汗3次。结论:建议黔产玄参“发汗”过程中干燥时采用烘干法,发汗样品的处理采用“蒸后发汗”法。 Objective To optimize the best“sweating”method of Scrophularia ningpoensisin Guizhou.Methods Use different“sweat”processing methods to prepare samples to be tested and the content of harpagoside,harpagoside and cinnamic acid were determinged by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),andthe best“sweating”method was optimized by the comprehensive scoring method.Results The contents of harpagoside,harpagoside and cinnamic acid in the samples of six sweating methods are 0.98%-1.21%,0.93%-1.73% and 0.73%-0.97%.The comprehensive scores of the three components are that the amount of“sweating”products after drying to semi dry is higher than that after drying to semi dry.The sweating products with the highest comprehensive score are“sweating after steaming”.The specific“sweating”method is to steam the net fresh Scrophularia ningpoensis in the cage for 30 minutes(calculated according to the“round gas”),bake it at 60℃ to semi dry,stack it in a cool and ventilated place for 3 days,bake it at 60℃ for 30 minutes,and then stack it again to prevent recurrent sweating for 3 times.Conclusion It is suggested that the drying method should be used in the“sweating”process of Scrophularia ningpoensisin Guizhou,and the“sweating after steaming”method should be used for the treatment of sweating samples.
