河南产南鹤虱挥发油的GC-MS分析

摘要 目的:对产自河南省传统中药南鹤虱(Daucus carota L.)中的化学成分进行分析,为今后河南产南鹤虱的进一步研究提供参考。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法对来源于河南省的南鹤虱进行提取。将所得提取物进行气相色谱-质谱联用(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)分析,初步判定主要化合物的种类及相对含量。结果:分析所得色谱图,发现共有67个色谱峰,大部分色谱峰的保留时间处于18-26 min这一区间。通过鉴定,水蒸气蒸馏法提取所得的提取物共分析得出42种主要化合物。结论:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分析河南产南鹤虱中化学成分的种类和含量,可为河南产南鹤虱今后的开发研究奠定基础。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of Daucus carota L.,a traditional Chinese medicine produced in Henan Province,and provide references for further research.Methods The Steam Distillation was used to extract the Daucus carota L.from Henan Province.The obtained extracts were analyzed by GC-MS to preliminarily determine the type and relative content of the main compounds.Results Analyzing the obtained chromatograms,it was found that there were 67 chromatographic peaks in total,and the retention time of most of the chromatographic peaks was in the interval of 18-26 min.Through identification,the extract obtained by steam distillation method was analyzed to obtain 42 kinds of main compounds.Conclusion The use of Steam Distillation to analyze the types and contents of chemical constituents in the Daucus carota L.produced in Henan could lay the foundation for the future development and research of the Daucus carota L.produced in Henan.
