摘要
师生关系是教育过程中最基本的、最重要的人际关系,历来是研究者所关注的热点和焦点问题。中华人民共和国成立以来,我国师生关系的发展可划分为讨论借鉴的探索发展期、正本溯源的调整发展期、动态融合的内在发展期、走向共生的新型发展期四个阶段,表征着鲜明的时代特征与主题嬗变,彰显出由机械的主客二分到关注主体间性、强调师生交往中的他者意义、走向公共性的师生关系的变迁逻辑。今后相关研究要拓宽多维化的师生关系研究范畴,扎实推进多元互补的师生关系研究范式,着力打造多样化的师生关系研究主题,从而推进并实现公共性师生关系的积极建构。
Teacher-student relationship is the most essential and crucial interpersonal relationship in the process of education,and it has always been the focus of researchers.Since the founding of the PRC,the development of teacher-student relationship can be divided into four stages:the exploration and development period,original and adjustable progress period,internal advancing period of dynamic integration and the petiod of nwe pattern development towards symbiosis.It manifests the distinctive features of the times and the theme evolution,and shows the changing logic of the relationship between teacher and student from the mechanical dichotomy of“subject”and“object”to the attention of intersubjectivity,the emphasis on the others in the teacher-student communication,and the trend towards publicity.In the future,the related research should broaden the multi-dimensional research category of teacher-student relationship,actively promote the diversified research paradigm of the relationship between teacher and student,and strive to create a variety of research topics so as to effectively promote the publicity construction of teacher-student relationship.
