摘要
随着核电技术的不断发展,半封闭螺杆式压缩机核级应用受到关注。本文依据电动机K3类质量鉴定程序评价电动机设计寿命,进行30年设计寿命的半封闭螺杆式压缩机电动机设计计算,首先采用阿伦纽斯(Arrhenius)关系式明确热老化试验条件,其次以试验温度作为边界条件设计电动机,并进行仿真计算,最后完成核级半封闭螺杆式压缩机电动机鉴定试验,包括评价性能随时间变化的老化试验及特定事故环境条件下的试验,试验结果表明半封闭螺杆式压缩机可以满足核级应用,适用核级质量鉴定程序。
With the continuous development of nuclear power technology,the semi-closed screw compressor nuclear grade application has become the focus of attention.Ac-cording to the motor K3 quality appraisal procedure,the motor design life is evaluated,and the semi-closed screw compressor motor design calculation of the 30-year design life is carried out.First,the Arennius relationship is used to express the thermal aging test con-ditions,followed motor is designed by the test temperature as a boundary condition,and simulation and calculations are carried out,and finally the nuclear semi-closed screw com-pressor motor identification test is completed,including the aging test on evaluation per-formance over time and experiments under specific accident environmental conditions.The experimental results show that the semi-closed screw compressor can satisfy the nuclear grade application,and it is suitable to nuclear grade quality appraisal procedure.
