摘要
介绍深圳某办公楼的项目特点,并针对该特点提出3种冷源方案,目的在于分析并得到最适合本项目的冷源方案。通过对以初投资和年运行费用为代表的经济性指标、以机房面积层高为代表的建筑空间指标和其他相关维度进行分析,得出电制冷系统为本项目最合理冷源方案,为同类型办公建筑冷源方案选择提供分析方法及参考。
The project characteristics of an office building in Shenzhen is introduced,and three kinds of cold source schemes are put forward according to the characteristics,so as to analyze and obtain the most suitable cold source scheme for the project.Through the analysis on the economic index represented by the initial investment and annual operating cost,the building space index represented by the floor height of the machine room and other relevant dimensions,it is derived that the electric refrigeration system is the most reasonable cold source scheme of the project,which provides analysis methods and refer-ences for choosing cold source schemes for the same type of office building.
