摘要
随着经济的发展,大区域联网、跨区域电能交易增加及南北资源不平衡的状态使得国内的发电、用电分布不均匀。同时随着电力系统的发展,风电、光伏等新能源的大规模接入电网及电动汽车的接入、电采暖负荷等使得电力系统负荷也不断增长。这些导致原有系统可能出现输电能力不足,遭遇输电阻塞的问题,因此对国内外学者的研究内容进行了综述与讨论,以期为专业人员的研究提供方向。
With the development of economy,large-regional networking,increased cross-regional power transactions,and unbalanced north-south resources make domestic power generation and electricity use unevenly distributed.At the same time,the large-scale access of new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaics to the power grid,the access of electric vehicles,and electric heating loads have made the power system load continue to increase.As a result,the original system may have insufficient power transmission capacity and encounter the problem of power transmission congestion.Therefore,the research contents of domestic and foreign scholars are reviewed and discussed,which provides direction for professional research.
