摘要
对充油电气设备进行绝缘油中溶解气体分析是判断设备是否发生内部故障的主要手段之一。通常,故障设备内部绝缘油的氢、烃类气体浓度较高,常规待测气样为1 mL时,色谱仪中油中溶解气体含量峰型无法完全显示,得出的氢、烃类浓度远远低于油中气体实际含量。为此研制一款便携式充油式电气设备的绝缘油真空稀释装置,在真空密闭条件下,对特征气体含量较高的油样进行稀释,使之可在正常进样量的情况下进行油色谱分析。
Analysis of dissolved gas in insulating oil for oil-filled electrical equipment is one of the main methods to determine whether the equipment has an internal failure.Generally,the internal insulating oil of the equipment that has failed has relatively high hydrogen and hydrocarbon gas concentrations.When the conventional gas sample to be tested is 1 mL,the peak shape of the dissolved gas content in the oil in the chromatograph cannot be fully displayed,and the obtained hydrogen and hydrocarbon concentrations are far lower than the actual gas content in the oil.In this paper,a portable insulating oil vacuum dilution device for oil-filled electrical equipment is developed.Under vacuum tight conditions,the oil sample with high characteristic gas content is diluted,so that it can be used for oil chromatography under the condition of normal injection volume.analyze.
