核电厂棒位探测器绝缘测试线路自动切换装置的设计

摘要 目前压水堆广泛使用的控制棒棒位探测器均包含有多组线圈,换料大修期间测量每个探测器线圈间的绝缘电阻是确认探测器功能正常的重要途径。针对探测器数量较多,目前使用的测量工具存在操作复杂、耗时长、有一定出错概率等问题,提出一种基于单片机的可自动切换线路的棒位探测器绝缘测试装置。该装置通过自动化技术实现了按钮自动切换线路,避免了切换线路时需同时操作多个开关、按钮的弊端,减少了操作人数,提高了工作效率,人工用时几乎缩短到原来的50%,同时降低了对工作人员熟练度的要求,对于核电厂大修期间人力资源安排和次关键路径工作进度控制都起到了积极作用。 At present,the widely used control rod position detectors in pressurized water reactors contain multiple groups of coils.Measuring the insulation resistance between each detector coil during reactor trip is an important way to confirm the normal function of the detector.In view of the large number of detectors,the currently used measurement tools have problems such as complicated operation,time-consuming,and a certain probability of error.An automatic switching device for insulation test circuit of rod position detector based on MCU is designed.The device realizes the automatic switching of lines by buttons through automation technology,avoiding the disadvantages of simultaneously operating multiple switches and buttons when switching lines,reducing the number of operators,improving work efficiency,and shortening the manual time to almost 50%of the original.At the same time,the requirement for the proficiency of the staff is reduced,which has played a positive role in the arrangement of human resources and the control of the work progress of the sub-critical path during the overhaul of the nuclear power plant.
