基于全民消防的社会发展时代背景,我国互联网、移动端等新一代信息化技术的大规模普及、推广,为消防领域开展灭火救援提供了新思路,新要求。文章将互联网结合日常消防救援工作,分析了“互联网+”模式的全民消防灭火救援机制构建的重要性与可行性,随后阐述了该机制的构建方式与其运转流程、核心作用,以供消防队伍参阅借鉴。以此助推我国公共消防事业稳定、健康发展,为社会大众筑牢公共消防安全保障。

Based on the social development background of universal fire protection,the large-scale popularization and promotion of new-generation information technologies such as the Internet and mobile terminals in our country have provided new ideas and new requirements for firefighting and rescue in the field of fire protection.The paper combines the Internet with the daily fire and rescue work,analyzes the importance and feasibility of the construction of the"Internet+"model of the national firefighting and rescue mechamsm,and then expounds the construction method,operation process and core role of the mechanism for reference.In this way,it will promote the stable and healthy development of our country's public fire protection undertakings,and build a public fire safety guarantee for the social.
