核电厂火场应急指挥平台设计与应用

摘要 文章介绍了核电厂火场响应过程中面临的问题,提出建立集火场指挥、辅助决策、数字化预案、三维VR演练于一体的火场应急指挥平台,为核电厂高效响应火灾应急救援提供技术支撑,同时落实国家对核电厂采用三代技术以后的火灾响应指挥新要求。 This paper introduces the problems faced in the fire site response process of nuclear power plants,and puts forward the establishment of a fire site emergency command platform integrating fire site command,auxiliary decision-making,digital plan and three-dimensional VR drill,so as to provide technical support for the efficient response of nuclear power plants to fire emergency rescue,and at the same time implement the new requirements for fire response command after the national adoption of three-generation technology for nuclear power plants.
