完善基层消防监管建设的措施--以商洛市丹凤县为例

Measures on improving fire safety regulation at the grass-root levels--A case study in Danfeng County of Shangluo Municipality

随着基层乡镇火灾形势逐渐严峻,基层消防监管力量薄弱与群众日益增长的安全需求之间的矛盾愈加突出。以商洛市丹凤县为例,分析当前乡镇消防安全中存在的主要问题,提出了消防救援机构应建立自身基层监管力量,解决消防管理“最后一公里”问题的思路和做法,为优化乡镇消防监督管理方式提供帮助。

China is on the march of conducting rural revitalization and lifting out of poverty at all levels,and the fire safety management plays a vital role in safeguarding safe society and people's wellbeing.However,weak regulation at primary levels poses a threat to the increasing demand from our people to a safer environment.This paper is a case study of fire safety management,giving some advises and measures to fire and rescue agencies in improving their regulation"at the final stop",and works to upgrade the supervision methods in county-and village-levels.
