摘要
住宿与经营合用场所逐渐增多,可以提高土地资源及空间利用率,满足人们的生产生活需求,逐渐成为我国社会发展中的常见形式。但是,由于合用场所中存在较多的火灾隐患,也会对人们的生命财产安全造成威胁,一旦发生严重的火灾,则会带来难以预估的损失。为此,应加强对消防安全的严格监管,以达到事前预防和控制的目的,保障社会稳定发展。针对住宿与经营合用场所火灾的原因进行分析,探索住宿与经营合用场所消防安全监管的对策。
The Commercial and Residential Occupancies are gradually popular in recent years.On one hand,these buildings may meet people's need in work and production and improve the utility ratio of floor and spaceare gradually popular;On the other hand,these occupancies pose great threats to our people because of some potential risks there.If there is a fire,it may cause great losses.So we should upgrade our management in fire safety and work to secure the stable development of China.This paper analyzes the caused of fires occurred in some commercial and residential occupancies and works to lay the foundation for future management of fire safety.
