在城市化背景下,城市建筑密度越来越大、建筑容积率也越来越高,推动了大型商业综合体数量的快速增长。大型商业综合体的出现有效缓解了城市用地紧张,便捷人们生活,但与此同时也埋下了消防安全隐患。如何提升大型商业综合体防火和安全疏散效果,是行业内重点关注的问题之一。基于此,从大型商业综合体火灾及安全疏散特点出发,对其进行分析,并结合自身防火和安全疏散经验,总结出大型商业综合体防火及安全疏散策略,以提升大型商业综合体防火和安全疏散水平。

zln the process of urbanization,density and volume of buildings has been increasing,which promotes the rapid growth of the number of large conimercial complexes.The emerging large commercial complexes effectively alleviates the shortage of urban land安and makes life easier,but at the same time,it also buries the potential danger of fire.How to improve the level of fire prevention and evacuation has become one of the key issues in the industry.This paper analyzes the characteristics of fire and safety evacuation of large commercial complexes,and summarizes the fire prevention and safety evacuation strategies of large commercial complexes based on their own fire prevention and safety evacuation experience,so as to improve the fire prevention and safety evacuation level of large commercial complexes.
