高速工业汽轮机临界转速的仿真计算及验证

Simulation Calculation and Verification of Critical Speed for High Speed Industrial Steam Turbine

摘要 针对所确定的转子,采用SolidWorks软件进行模拟仿真。结果表明:与仿真结果、高速动平衡试验结果相比,汽轮机转子前后轴承测点的临界转速都在工程允许的5%的误差范围内。汽轮机转子前后轴承测点的振动变化趋势与高速动平衡试验结果基本一致,验证了仿真模拟方法的正确性,为高速工业汽轮机转子的快速开发奠定了基础。 For the determined rotor,SolidWorks software was used for simulation.The results show that compared with the simulation results and high-speed dynamic balance test results,the critical speed of the measuring points of the front and rear bearings of the steam turbine rotor is within the allowable error range of 5%.The vibration variation trend of the measuring points of the front and rear bearings of the steam turbine is basically consistent with the results of the high-speed dynamic balance test,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation method and lays a foundation for the rapid development of the rotor of the high-speed industrial steam turbine.
