摘要 文章结合在施项目广州湛江机场高速26 m预制小箱梁移动台座小车走行机构展开专项设计研究。分别对移动式制梁台座走行机构的运行支承装置与运行驱动装置进行了详细的选型设计和计算分析,重点介绍了轴、齿轮和轴承的选型计算方法,最后介绍了运行机构装配工艺设计。 This paper conducts a special design research on the walking mechanism of prefabricated mobile pedestal trolley for 26 m small box girder of Zhanjiang Airport Expressway in Guangzhou under construction. The selection design and calculation analysis of the running support device and the running driving device of the mobile beam pedestal walking mechanism are carried out in detail. The selection and calculation method of shaft, gear and bearing are mainly introduced. Finally, the assembly process design of the running mechanism is introduced.
