摘要
在EPC总承办工程项目模式下,企业获得的政策和资金、资源支持较多,但从实际工程情况来看,在此模式下也存在一定的项目风险。为此,文章首先论述了EPC总承包工程模式下常见的项目风险,即投标风险、设计风险、合同风险、采购风险、施工风险,然后提出了针对性防范策略,最后从风险回避、风险转移、自留风险三个方面分析了项目风险的处置方式与流程,以供相关人员参考。
In the EPC general contracting project mode, enterprises can obtain more policy, capital and resource support, but from the actual engineering situation, there are also certain project risks under this mode. To this end, this paper first discusses the common project risks under the EPC general contracting project mode, namely, bidding risk, design risk, contract risk, procurement risk and construction risk,and then puts forward targeted prevention strategies. Finally,it analyzes the disposal methods and processes of project risks from three aspects of risk avoidance, risk transfer and self-retention risk, so as to provide references for relevant personnel.
