摘要
工业类施工总承包项目与房产类项目不同,设备工艺流程复杂,各专业穿插施工较多、工期紧,施工时需组织各类资源,科学合理地进行穿插施工,流水作业顺畅才能保证施工进度。文章主要介绍了工业类项目施工总承包管理过程中遇到的一些“新三边”工程、低价中标、工期紧张、材料采购困难以及采购经理责大权小的典型问题,对项目管理过程中出现的问题进行了分析,并根据其问题的痛点提出了针对性的应对措施,希望通过对这些问题的研究分析能提供一定的实践参考意义。
The general contracting projects of industrial construction are different from those of real estate projects. The process flow of equipment is complex, and there are many interspersed constructions of various disciplines, and the construction period is tight. During the construction, various resources should be organized, and the interspersed construction should be carried out scientifically and reasonably,so that the construction progress can be ensured by smooth flow operations. This paper mainly introduces some typical problems in the process of general contracting management of industrial project construction, such as "new trilateral" projects, winning bids at low prices, tight construction period, difficult material procurement and purchasing managers with big responsibility but small power, analyzes the problems in the process of project management, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the pain points of the problems, hoping to provide certain practical references through the research and analysis of these problems.
