代理制模式下的驻外机构投标机会决策模型研究

摘要 为降低驻外机构在选择投标项目时的盲目性,文章基于白箱-灰箱理论,在前辈学者研究和笔者自身从业经验的基础上,选取了三大类主要影响因素,构建了投标机会决策模型,通过量化的手段科学选择是否参与项目投标,并以俄罗斯地区某项目为例进行了模拟,同时强调了模型设置和使用时的注意事项。 In order to reduce the blindness of overseas institutions in selecting bidding projects, this paper, based on the white box-gray box theory, selects three main influencing factors on the basis of predecessors’ research and the author’s own experience, and constructs a bidding opportunity decision model. It scientifically selects whether to participate in the project bidding by quantitative means, and simulates a project in Russia as an example. At the same time, it emphasizes the precautions in model setting and use.
