Architectural Design of the Workshop in an Integrated Circuit Industrial Park

文章以国内某知名集成电路生产企业的产业园区的设计为例,讨论如何根据集成电路生产工艺的特点及需求进行厂房建筑设计,从整体的厂区总平面方案布局分析,到详细的各建筑单体细化设计所需注意的问题及推荐的解决方案和措施,对其中的设计难点进行探讨,以为相似项目的设计提供一定的参考。

Taking the design of an industrial park of a wellknown integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise in China as an example, This paper discusses how to design the factory building according to the characteristics and requirements of integrated circuit production process, from the overall layout analysis of the workshop area to the detailed problems needing attention in the detailed design of each building unit and the recommended solutions and measures, so as to provide some references for the design of similar projects.
