中国乒乓球九级等级考试与标准体系的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on Chinese Table Tennis Nine-grade Examination and Standard System

乒乓球九级等级考试目前已经通过国家体育总局的认可,并在全国迅速推广。文章在分析中国的等级考试制度和等级考试对人类进步发展的作用的基础上,阐述了乒乓球九级等级考试的研究背景和目的,并从乒乓球俱乐部科学发展经营的可行性、乒乓球教练员素质等级划分的可行性、规范训练内容的可行性、推动国家间和谐交流发展的可行性四个方面论述了乒乓球九级等级考试与标准体系执行的可行性。结果表明,乒乓球等级考试与标准体系能规范俱乐部的科学管理制度,统一市场收费标准;能有效地检验乒乓球教练员的内在职业素养和技能水平;能为学员提供科学、严谨的训练指引;考试平台的实时监控能向社会提供精准的实践数据;同时,推向世界,能促进国家间的经济、文化及政治交流。

Table tennis nine-grade examination has been approved by General Administration of Sports of China, and has been rapidly promoted across the country. Based on the analysis of China’s grade examination system and the role of grade examination on human progress and development,this paper expounds the research background and purpose of table tennis nine-grade examination, and discusses the feasibility of the implementation of table tennis nine-grade examination and standard system from four aspects: the feasibility of scientific development and management of table tennis clubs, the feasibility of table tennis coaches’ quality classification, the feasibility of standardizing training content, and the feasibility of promoting the harmonious communication and development between countries. The results show that the table tennis grade examination and standard system can standardize the scientific management system of the clubs and unify the market charge standard. It can effectively test the internal professional quality and skill level of table tennis coaches and provide scientific and rigorous training guidance for students. The real-time monitoring of the examination platform can provide accurate practical data for the society. At the same time, to the world, it can promote economic, cultural and political exchanges between countries.
