综合护理干预在手术室麻醉苏醒阶段的应用价值分析

Analyze the Clinical V alue of Comprehensive N ursing Intervention for Patients in the Recovery Stage of Anesthesia in the Operating Room

目的探讨综合护理干预应用于麻醉苏醒阶段中的护理效果。方法选取我院2017年12月至2018年12月期间临床手术室收治的给予全身麻醉手术的148例患者为研究对象,按照患者人院接受治疗顺序随机分组,分成研究组(给予综合护理干预)和对照组(给予常规护理干预),每组各74例。对两组患者麻醉恢复指标、麻醉苏醒情况和总不良反应发生情况等进行观察和比较。结果研究组患者的呼之睁眼时间、呼之握拳时间、自主呼吸时间和拔管时间均早于对照组;研究组患者中轻微或无痛比例为86.49%、可唤醒比例为81.08%,均高于对照组的67.57%和32.43%;研究组药物处理患者比例为25.68%,显著低于对照组的43.24%;研究组总不良反应发生率为27.03%,显著低于对照组的50.00%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于手术室麻醉苏醒阶段有助于促进患者麻醉恢复,降低不良反应发生,是手术室麻醉苏醒阶段护理实践中的理想选择之一。

Objective This study aimed to explore the nursing effect of analysis and comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the stage of anesthesia recovery.Methods A total of tients who received general anesthesia in the operating room from December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group(given comprehensive nursing intervention)and control group(given routine nursing intervention)according to the treatment sequence number of patients admitted to hospital.There were 74 patients in each group Recovery and total adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results he time to open the eyes,the time to make a fist,the spontaneous breathing time and the extubation time of the study group were earlier than those of the control group;the proportion of mild or painless patients in the study group was 86.49%,and the proportion of awakened patients was 81.08%.Both are higher than 67.57%and 32.43%in the control.group;the proportion of drug-treated patients in the study group is 25.68%,which is significantly lower than 43.24%in the control group;the total adverse reaction rate in the study group is 27.03%,which is significantly lower than 50.00%in the control group,The differences between the groups were all significant(P<0.05).Conc lusion he comprehensive nursing intervention applied in the stage of anesthesia recovery in the operating room can help promote the recovery of patients from anesthesia and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It is one of the ideal choices for nursing practice in the stage of anesthesia recovery in the operating room.
