摘要
学生是高校教学评价的主体,其评教结果对提升教学质量具有重要作用。然而,由于学生主体意识的欠缺,在学生评教中容易出现评教对象偏移、评教过程随意、评教目的功利等情况。学生应认同自己的双重身份,树立自身的责任意识,坚持评教的自主性和客观性。高校可从学生认知的深化、学生参与的提高、评教结果应然价值的发挥等方面入手,实现学生评教主体意识的回归,保障学生评教的公正性与有效性。
Students are the main body of teaching evaluation in universities,and their evaluation results play an important role in improving teaching quality.However,due to the lack of students’subjective consciousness,unfair phenomena appear in teaching evaluation,such as the deviation of teaching evaluation object,the random process of teaching evaluation,and the utilitarian purpose of teaching evaluation.In view of this,students should recognize their dual identity,establish their own sense of responsibility,and adhere to the autonomy and objectivity of teaching evaluation.Therefore,universities can start with the deepening of students’cognition,the improvement of students’participation and the exertion of the expected value of teaching evaluation results,so as to awaken students’subjective consciousness and ensure the fairness and effectiveness of students’teaching evaluation.
