土质对人工窖泥培养的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 分析了9种土质的理化性质指标,找到了一个最高产己酸量达到4.83g/L的浓香窖泥升级版ES培养基,并运用此培养基对这9种土质进行产己酸的对比分析实验,发现藕塘泥持水性、腐殖质、有效磷、有效钾和氨态氮分别为39.63%、5.67%、8.28 mg/100g、21.39 mg/100g、17.12 mg/100g均处于最高水平且其产己酸量最高,并且也分析了红黏土不产己酸的的原因,发现红黏土并不存在化学物质抑制己酸菌产己酸,跟其持水能力较弱有较大的关系。 Analyzed the physical and chemical properties of 9 kinds of soil,designed a strong fragrant pit mud medium with the highest caproic acid production of 4.83g/L,and used this medium to conduct a comparative analysis experiment on the production of caproic acid on these 9 soils.It was found that the water holding capacity,humus,available phosphorus,available potassium and ammoniacal nitrogen were all at a higher level,and the ability to produce caproic acid was the strongest.The reason for the red clay that did not produce caproic acid was also analyzed.Clay does not contain chemical substances to inhibit caproic acid production by caproic acid bacteria,which has a greater relationship with its weak water holding capacity.
