酿酒原料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的测定

The Determination of Deoxynivalenol in Brewing Grains

建立酿酒原料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)的免疫亲和柱净化-高效液相色谱串联质谱检测方法。样品经超纯水提取、免疫亲和柱净化,内标法定量,DON在10 ng/mL~640 ng/mL范围内,相关系数r>0.9999,线性关系良好;不同浓度DON标品测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.44%~2.52%之间,精密度良好;样品加标回收率81.53%~93.19%。该方法简单快速、灵敏度高,完全符合准确检测的要求。

The determination method of deoxynivalenol(DON)in brewing grains by immunoaffinity column purification and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was established.The sample was extracted with ultrapure water,purified by immunoaffinity column and quantitative analyzed by internal standard method.DON had a good linear relationship(r>0.9999)in the concentration range of 10ng/mL~640ng/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of different DON concentration was between 2.44%and 2.52%(n=6),the method had good precision.The addition recovery rate was 81.53%~93.19%.This method suit perfectly for accurate determination of DON in brewing grains,with the advantages of simplicity,rapidness and high sensitivity.
