摘要
航空发动机叶片等薄壁件,其壁厚薄、刚性差,且结构复杂,在加工过程中极易产生变形、颤振。为了实现薄壁件高精度加工,对反向分段加工理论及辅助夹具进行了研究。反向分段加工保证了加工基准的统一,对于减小薄壁件加工变形具有一定作用。光固化材料辅助支撑为加工提供足够的支撑力的同时避免了装夹变形的引入。某叶片反向分段磨削试验表明反向分段加工及光固化夹具对于减小叶片加工变形,实现薄壁件高精度加工具有显著的效果。
Aeroengine blades is a typical thin-walled parts which are poor rigidity and complex structure.It is easy to flutter,deformation during processing.To realize high machining precision of the thin-walled parts,reverse segment machining method is analyzed.Compared with the traditional machining method,the reverse segment machining method ensure the uniformity of machining datum and avoids the accumulation of the machining errors,which paly a significant role on the machining deformation control of thin-walled parts.Meanwhile,an auxiliary fixture of light curing material which provides supporting force and avoids the introduction of clamping deformation is proposed.The experiments results show that the reverse segments method and the light-curing fixture have significant effect on the machining deformation control of the blade.The reverse segment method and light-curing auxiliary fixture were applied to a blade grinding experiment and achieve a high precision machining.The experiments results show that the reverse segments method and the light-curing fixture have significant effect on the machining deformation control of the blade.
