“立德树人”视域下职业院校美育教师育人素养研究

Quality of Aesthetic Education Teachers in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Cultivating Virtues and Morality

摘要 职业院校美育教师是决定美育实施效果的重要因素,其育人素养的提升既要建立在“立德树人”的根基之上,又要与职业教育的办学定位相契合,建构起“育美和育人并举,育美和育能协同”的美育理念,以更新育人理念、打造“美教”能力、破解学科壁垒、打造特色美育素养等美育实践寻求破解现实问题的路径。 Aesthetic education teachers in vocational colleges are an important factor determining the effect of aesthetic education.The author argues that improving the quality of aesthetic education teachers should not only be based on the foundation of"cultivating virtues and morality",but also be in line with the orientation of vocational education.Therefore,we need to develop a new aesthetic education concept of"simultaneously cultivating beauty and educating students,and collaboratively cultivating beauty and improving students′abilities"to update the concept of educating students.Besides,we should also improve aesthetic educational abilities to break the barriers of disciplines.Furthermore,we should implement aesthetic education practices such as characteristic aesthetic education to seek ways to resolve practical problems.
