心理综合干预联合假装游戏法对提高学龄前儿童麻醉诱导期配合度的效果探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究心理综合干预联合假装游戏法对提高学龄前儿童麻醉诱导期配合度的效果。方法:本研究选取本院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的择期手术的3~7岁患儿60例,采用随机数字法将所有患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),术前20~30min,分别给予两组患儿常规护理和心理综合干预联合假装游戏法护理,比较两组患儿斯宾思儿童焦虑量表(SCAS)评分、麻醉诱导期合作量表(ICC)评分、患儿精神状态表现及家长满意度。结果:观察组患儿麻醉诱导前SCAS评分、麻醉诱导时SCAS评分、ICC评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患儿在术前、术后1天及出院当天的精神状态、患儿的家长满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:心理综合干预联合假装游戏法能有效减轻儿童术前的焦虑、恐惧情绪,对提高学龄前儿童麻醉诱导期配合度效果显著,还可改善患儿精神状态,同时增加家长对护理工作的满意度。 Objective:To study the effect of psychological comprehensive intervention combined with pretend play method on improving the cooperation degree of preschoolers during anesthesia induction period.Methods:A total of 60 children aged 3 to 7 years old who were admitted to our hospital for elective surgery from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected.All patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number method.20~30 min before surgery,the two groups of children were respectively given routine nursing and psychological comprehensive intervention combined with pretend game nursing.Spence Child Anxiety Scale(SCAS)score,anesthesia induction Cooperation Scale(ICC)score,children's mental state performance and parents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The SCAS score before induction of anesthesia,the SCAS score and ICC score during induction of anesthesia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The mental state of the children in the observation group before operation,1 day after operation and the day of discharge,and the parents’satisfaction score were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive psychological intervention combined with pretend play can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety and fear of children and have a significant effect on improving the cooperation of preschool children during the anesthesia induction period.It can also improve the mental state of children,and increase parents'satisfaction with nursing work.
