心肌梗死介入治疗后患者实施心脏康复护理的效果

Effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy

目的:观察心肌梗死介入治疗后患者实施心脏康复护理的效果,探讨有效的护理模式,以提高护理质量,改善患者预后。方法:筛选出本院2019年11月至2020年11月收治的92例心肌梗死介入治疗后患者,根据不同护理模式将其纳入A组(n=46)与B组(n=46),A组实施常规护理,B组实施心脏康复护理,对比两组患者的心理状态(SAS、SDS评分)、心功能(LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF)、不良心血管事件发生情况(心律失常、心绞痛、心衰、心源性休克)、生活质量(SF-36)以及护理满意度。结果:B组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均低于A组,P<0.05;B组护理后的心功能指标优于A组,P<0.05;B组的不良心血管事件发生率低于A组,P<0.05;B组护理后的SF-36评分高于A组,P<0.05;B组的护理满意度高于A组,P<0.05。结论:心肌梗死介入治疗后对患者实施心脏康复护理的效果显著,可改善心理状态与心功能,且能降低不良心血管事件发生率,提高生活质量与护理满意度,值得应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy,and to explore the effective nursing mode,so as to improve the quality of nursing and the prognosis of patients.Methods:92 patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and included into group A(n=46)and group B(n=46)according to different nursing modes.Group A was given routine nursing care and group B was given cardiac rehabilitation nursing.The psychological status(SAS,SDS score),cardiac function(LVESD,LVEDd,LVEF)and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups(arrhythmia,angina pectoris,heart failure,cardiogenic shock),quality of life(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in group B were lower than those in group A,P<0.05;the indexes of cardiac function in group B were better than that in group A,P<0.05;the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in group B was lower than that in group A,P<0.05;SF-36 score in group B was higher than that in group A,P<0.05;nursing satisfaction in group B was higher than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy is significant,which can improve psychological state and cardiac function,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of application.
